This will be acheived through the establishment and operation of a self managed distribution system and / or via working agreements with other suppliers, in accordance with the principles and ideas that are outlined in Operation Mike "

Who are 'The Creative '?
Everybody who is actually involved in the creative process, can be regarded as ”The Creative”.
As well as artists, there are also multi-media workers, programmers, scientists, people working in the advertising industry, to name a few.
Studies show that up to 33% of the population work in the creative sector, this is the fastest growing area in business.
Out of this, a small group can be regarded as the “creative core”, (composers and authors).
The rest help with the developement of the initial ideas, ( singers, musicians, technicians, record labels, PR departements etc.)
It is all of the creative people put together who help create the value in the product, regardless of whether it is a review of a new film, a new software product or a new cure for diabetes.
It is their contribution which differenciates a blank CD costing 4 kr, with a recorded CD costing 150kr.
The more creative people that get a chance to develop their skills, the bigger their potential value becomes.
Therefore it is important that a large part of the income is reinvested in the creative and innovative enviroment.
At the same time, creative and innovative work establishes a workplace that cannot be exported. For example, a danish “Dogme-film”, cannot be licensed to be produced in China.

Ultimately, everybody has the potential to be creative. Everyone has the understanding or skill to create a work that can be promoted, and a work which has a value for others, whether it´s a solution for a crossword, a knitting pattern, or 10 addresses of good restaurants in Prague. Therefore there is no limit on who can benefit from being a member of DiGiDi
What can be distributed via DiGiDi?
DiGiDi`s distribution focuses on works that can be distributed digitally, for instance, music, film, cartoons, drawings, photographs, and photographs of paintings, e-learning modules, software, computer games, educational material, video recordings of sport, theatrical articles, novels, poetry, and books.
In other words, works that provide or promote an experience.

Who can distribute via DiGiDi?
Basically, the idea is that everyone should have free and equal access to the distribution of their works, now that the internet has provided the posssibility for vitually free distribution.
DiGiDi will offer all interested party´s, the possibility of opening their own shop on the internet.
DiGiDi takes care of all the technical and payment aspects, and at the same time, offers you the chance to sell your works through the communal internet shop.

DiGiDi has also negotiated agreements with other distributors. On the music side, DiGiDi has working agreements with 60 online music distributors.
DiGiDi is a co-operative society, and is therefore unable to make a profit. All profits will be distributed amonst the shareholders.
Therefore DiGiDi is the cheapest form for distribution.

In order to acquire a share, you loan 1.000kr,- to DiGiDi. The money is put into a joint investement account.
You can, at any time, sell your share back to DiGiDi, and get your money back.
