Jimmi Roger Pedersen (1965), Danish double bass player and composer, born and raised in Copenhagen.
After a short time at Rhythmic Music Conservatory JRP begins to work as a professional musician: First in an intense period of engagements in the Copenhagen jazz and club scene, then as a house bass player at ”Dennis Swing Club” in Hamburg as well as club, studio and festival gigs in Europe plus solo playing in the street.
Been touring a lot both as a accompanist and a member of different groups in Sweden, Germany, France, Portugal, England, Italy, USA, Canada and recorded radio and television broadcasts plus music documentary film. As an example has the duo with pianist Horace Parlan been working for more than 10 years.
Today living in the country near Copenhagen with a secondary address in Berlin. JRP has found own label and released 2 solo bass CD's ”Bass Only” and "Bass Beyond" - both consisting all original music.
The Press wrote about the CD: "The exciting and virtuous Danish double bass player..." and "Pedersen has - besides a brilliant tone - a lovely lyrical ear and an eminent melodic general view".
Besides concert activity is the Danish bass tradition also carried on by teaching. JRP also made own publishing and released 4 booklets in the series ”Scandinavian Double Bass Technique”. This school of bass explains and develops a technique that highly bears the impress of the deceased NHØP.

Pernilla Aidt is Danish, and singing has been her livelihood since she was 19. But only few of her fellow countrymen have had the pleasure of hearing her voice, because her singing career has blossomed in France.
She has been singing a Broadway repertoire in casinos, in castles and the big hotels along the French Riviera – and jazz in many jazz-bars and jazz-cellars in Paris such as Le Bâteau-Ivre og New Morning, and at the jazz-festivals of Nice and Printemps de Bourges in Paris.
In 1998 she released an album with jazz standards and was elected ”Jazz Artist of the Year” by the French music shop chain FNAC.
42-year-old Pernilla Aidt is presently employed as a teacher in jazz singing at the Conservatoire Nationale de Region in Toulon. She has a background as a conservatory-educated classical singer, and six years ago she finished a four-year education at Berklee College of Music in the US, where she immersed herself in the universe of jazz.
When she started writing music herself, however, she created neither classical nor jazz, but something right in the middle – a mixture of several styles, which might best be described as an ‘ambient soundtrack’.

"AP Records" is a small, independent music production and recording company, built to promote new musical creations across all genres, experimenting with various song writing and production styles.
AP Records was established in 2003, as a result of successful creative partnership between old school friends/song-writers Amela and Ana, who joined their talents together couple of years earlier, after working on various other projects around the world.
Soon after AP Records was created, the girls started working with "The2Case" production team, resulting in an agreement to concentrate all collaboration efforts on full-circle production: from song-writing, to

The truth is hard to hear– but it sounds uncompromisingly great.
The Danish band Enola release their debut album “Nothing But The Truth” on February 3rd 2006 – thirteen songs from a loaded, yet sensitive and honest album.
“Nothing But The Truth” is produced by Enola themselves in close collaboration
with co-producer Peter Bander (who has produced albums for other Danish bands such as Kashmir, Sort Sol, and others). It is an intense rock
album with a variety of different songs – from intimate, acoustic ballads to
tough, uncompromising rock songs with grand sound. Enola’s music is partly
influenced by artists such as Danish singer/songwriter, Tim Christensen,Swedish band, Kent, and British band Catatonia – which has resulted in an album that could be described as “Scandinavian melancholy meets British
in-your-face attitude”.
On “Nothing But The Truth” Enola show why rock music should be realized through honesty and not through various time-dictating trends. Lead singer Hanne Abrahams’ raw, yet vulnerable voice forms a leitmotif through the entire album which is best described as pure-bred, melodic rock with a distinct sound and an intelligent text universe dominated by honest rock virtues like longing
and heartbreak.
Music and lyrics is written by bass player Mads Jacob Holm who, together with
Hanne Abrahams (vocal) Kenneth Mulvad (keyboard), Jesper Kirk (drums),and Max Kirkeby (add. Guitar), form the band that has been together for fi ve
years. Five serious, serene and ambitious musicians, who are not scared of being
honest about their musical expression.

In the year 1982, in the heat of the Iraq-Iran war AFa child was born in a hospital in Iran,
Tehran. In that time two great civilisations where fighting each other with canons and bullets. 4 years later as a little child, lion and sun moved to Denmark with his parents. Black eyes and even more black hair, he felt racism with his skin, flesh and bones. Years later he got kicked out of high school, by his principle, even though he was a
good student. No one knew what he had inside. They did not know, that he loves the human beings, without any predigest for any colour, race and nationality. He loves the nature and this big but small planet, and he believes that the earth and water, must be returned to the next generation, clean and pure.
Wherever he knocked no one opened the door, they did not greet him, and they did not try to understand him. He turned to himself, wrote songs, and sang them by himself, in the hope that one day they would understand; and like it has been said: only words will last.
In the hope of a day not far away, some people who wash the sleep from their eyes, read his songs, hear his music, and understand his word.

Henrik Jespersen is classically educated at the Royal Academy of Music in Århus, and has for many years worked with ethnic music at Århus Free School. As an improvitional musician Henrik Jespersen
has worked in many different connections. Among these are the music groups : International Spiritual Celebration Band (ISCB), Honk Ai, Breath, Full Face, Tundra, Duo Resonante and played with
musicians as Pierre Dorge, Peter Brøtzmann , Charli Morrow, MR. Lim Dong Chang and MR. Jang Sa Ik.
In the most recent years he has composed and performed in connection with theater and dance groups as Boxiganga, Århus 2000, Terpsichore, William Cirkus, Michal Casey's Bufontheater, Palle Granhøj
Dance, The Royal Danish Ballet and Theater MU in a Noh Opera with Miyoko Kataoka.
Besides of making concerts he has made music for many different projects, both as composer and as musician - a.o. for Palle Granhøjs dance-performance and movie ‘Bodyfluids', a piece for the Royal
Danish Ballet, music for a Korean performance of ‘Ullysses' played both in Korea and Germany.
Together with Duo Resonante he has been on many international tours and so had concerttours in Spain, Italy, Holland, Belgium, France, Germany, Korea, Mexico and Brazil.

Masoud Mohammadi was born into a Kurdish patriotic family in 1964. His place of birth was the ancient city of Qesre Shirin in Eastern Kurdistan (Iranian Kurdistan). Adel Borislavov Karanov
Born in Bulgaria, Sofia, in 1980. Adel is an electronic music composer and works in Italy and abroad. He distributes his works in more than 60 countries, 300 online music stores (iTunes, ExLibris.ch, Prefueled.com, etc). Adel has taken part in various artistic projects and has vast working experience.
There is a touch of colourfulness in Adel’s works which is due mainly to his past ballet experience.
As he was a student of National Academy of Dance in Rome. Clearly now he composes music for dancers. In his opinion, music should serve a choreographic gesture and emotional expression. He has won a contest for a right to compose music for an advertisement of Gucci, famous fashion mark and soundtrack for documentary films.
Adel Karanov has two styles of music. Cultured, used mainly in cultural environments such as contemporary dance, art exhibitions, films and festivals. The entertainment style (soft, acousmatic, atmospheric, break, minimal) is made for fashion shows, radio programmes, sound tracking, etc). Some works are created for listening purposes and others for dancing, so their sound "output" greatly differs.
Besides, another particularity of Adel is his origin, Bulgarian Tunisian. As composer he tries to recreate Bulgarian linear rythmic character along with hot African percussions.
What concerns the structure of each work, Adel experiments on the basis of the legacy of the Italian composers of vocal and instrumental contrapunto (Palestrina, Monteverdi, Banchieri, Corelli, Geminiani, Bancheri, Vivaldi). In his view, an avanguarde musical continuum should be presented in multilinear mode, when one idea is suggested by many interconnected melodic lines.
Adel is an evolving artist. Since 2004 he has been specializing in the Conservatory of Latina Italy. His first works were composed by means of Csound. Adel's favourite avanguarde composers are Shaeffer, Maderna, Ligeti and Stockhausen, who have influenced his latest works.

CAREFREE was founded in 2004 by five guys, who wanted to make great music. They already knew each other from many years of friendship and by playing together in other band constellations. Because of this, the idea about CAREFREE already came to light 10 years ago. But it wasn't until 2004 that they felt mature enough to take it to the next level.
Through the years they've written a lot of songs and made several demos, always being well accepted by the music underground of Denmark. The making of CAREFREE was founded by the urge to make a complete album - This containing only the best material from the past till now. So for the last two years they've been working full time on this project. When you listen to the music and the lyrics you are never in doubt about the bands intentions and what they represent.
CAREFREE is as much a statement as it is a band.
